Shipping Insurance

You can purchase insurance coverage for your mail pieces for up to $5,000 in indemnity to protect against loss or damage. Insurance fees are based on the item’s declared value. There are limitations for insuring some products and certain items.

After we turn in package to carrier.  We are not responsible for lost, held, or damaged packages

We are not responsible for mis-delivery errors via carrier, or incorrect shipping info.  

Ownership of packages turned over to carrier transfers to the buyer. 

NO EXCEPTIONS.  

Shipping is a service you purchase along with your order from us,  

so any shipping issues must be handled by carrier you chose at checkout.

INSURANCE is available to add and is recommended for any order you can't afford to lose. 

PACKAGES WILL BE SHIPPED VIA USPS MAIL 

SHIPPING OCCURS MONDAY - FRIDAY  (10:00am - 3:30pm) 

After placing order it will ship within 1-2 business days (excluding U.S. holidays). 

Please allow an additional 3-5 business days for your package to be delivered. 

WE DO NOT SHIP ON SATURDAYS, SUNDAYS OR HOLIDAYS. 

You will receive an email with your shipment confirmation once we create a label for your order. 

We are only responsible for your order until it reaches the carrier. After that, it is out of our control.  

We recommend Insurance to protect against loss or damage. 

If you choose not to buy insurance and your purchase is lost or damaged by carrier, we cannot provide a refund.

BUYER IS RESPONSIBLE TO FILE THE CLAIM WITH USPS. 

WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST PACKAGES DURING TRANSIT 

WE ARE ALSO NOT RESPONSIBLE TO WEATHER RELATED DAMAGE OR DELAYS.  

ONCE PACKAGE LEAVES OUR HANDS IT IS COMPLETELY OUT OF OUR CONTROL. 

Please make sure your address is correct before placing order We will not be responsible for incorrect addresses.  

Once again we are not responsible for package once it transfers to carrier, it is then their responsibility to deliver and handle concerns for shipping delays or lost packages. You will not be refunded for the purchase from us if the carrier loses the package unless you purchase the additional insurance.  

If package is returned to us we will try contact buyer or buyer can contact us with correct address to be shipped back to and will be charged for the shipping service as well.

SHIPPING FEES ARE NOT REFUNDABLE:  

Please make sure all addresses are correct before placing your order, we will not refund shipping fees for wrong address on your part or returned shipments.  

We will not refund shipping fees on returns initiated by the customer. Only if we sent the wrong product and you decide you don't want a replacement we will refund the shipping fee, we will request the skin back or that you destroy the product and provide photographic proof that the product is not longer usable before we process the refund.
