How much does Shipping cost? 

Delivery time varies by weight and destination; US orders take under a week.

Do you offer FREE Shipping?

FREE Shipping with Tracking on orders over $150

. No Insurance for orders under 1lb

. Insurance for orders over 1lb.

Who's responsible for shipping transit?

We are responsible for your order only until it is handed to the shipping service.

After that, it's beyond our control.

We recommend purchasing ROUTE PACKAGE PROTECTION before checkout.

We automatically include it when you add an item to your cart; it's up to you to decide whether to purchase it. However, WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE for lost or stolen packages once handed to shipping.

If you forgo insurance and your purchase is lost or damaged by USPS, we cannot refund you. 

If your shipment is lost or damaged in transit:

BUYER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR FILING THE CLAIM.

WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST PACKAGES IN TRANSIT.

WE ARE ALSO NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR WEATHER-RELATED DAMAGE OR DELAYS.
